How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia, no minimum required. 

Australia Express Shipping: $14.99

Worldwide Standard Shipping: $29.95

How long it will take to arrive?

Free Shipping: Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. 
Express Shipping: Please allow between 2-4 days for your order to arrive.
Worldwide Shipping: Please allow between 10-15 days for your order to arrive.

*DELIVERY NOTICE: Due to a high volume of orders there may be a 2-3 day delay in dispatching your order. Extreme weather is impacting Australia post services in NSW and QLD, resulting in some delivery delays for both states.If you have any concerns please contact our Customer Service team.

**Please consider that we offer free shipping on all orders. At Maxiting we do our best to ensure your packages are shipped in a timely manner, but we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances with courier companies.

How do I track my order?

Maxiting endeavours to provide every parcel that leaves our warehouse with a tracking number including free delivery parcels.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. With full tracking, you will trace where your order is and have peace of mind. We endeavour to send tracking details as soon as possible to the email with your shipping confirmation. Although these details will likely come through quicker, please allow 24-48 hours.

What happen if a product I ordered is out of stock?

In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, you will be notified by one of our team as soon as possible.

Generally, If you have ordered a product and it is out of stock, we will make contact to suggest an alternative by either phone call or email before sending out the rest of your order.

If you have ordered a clearance item during a sale period we will refund you for that item, using the payment method you used, and immediately send out the rest of your order. We will inform you of this by email.

What is MXT's Policy on returns?

We stand behind everything we make. It’s proof of our pursuit to empower athletes everywhere. For change of mind returns, if you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it for FREE within 15 days of having received your order.

Electronics: Due to hygiene reasons, electronics can only be returned if unused and in the original condition or deemed faulty.

No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned to MXT in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions. All items items must be returned with their original packaging.

Can I return my item?

Please read the Returns Policy before returning a product to MXT.

Please download and print your Return Authorisation Form. Fill out the form with all necessary information and return it to the address listed.

Please make your choice carefully, as we do not provide refunds for used items.

We offer FREE returns for faulty/damaged items. We also offer FREE return within 15 days of receiving your purchase for a change of mind returns: the items must be unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging.

How do I return an item?
  • 1. If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from receiving your item to return and obtain a refund/exchange.
  • 2. You must use the download, print and complete the Return Authorisation to begin the Returns Process.
  • 3.Please email us at returns@maxiting.com.au and attach the Return Authorisation Form to submit your return online. Please follow the prompts.
  • 4. Please ensure you include Your Name, Order Number, Shipping Address and details for return or exchange. You must complete the Return Authorisation requirements, with all details to assist in the smooth process of your request.
  • 5. Please include the Return Authorisation Form with your product in the return package.
  • 6. You are responsible for the return of the product, in an unused, as new condition.
  • 7. You must select the appropriate method of shipping to return the product. We recommend using Australia Post or similar shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation, so you can track your return and confirmed we have received it.
  • 8. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the items  or provide a store credit. We will also refund the cost of shipping or provide a store credit.
  • 9. Where a replacement item is currently out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
  • 10. Please allow 7-14 Business Days from receipt of returned goods for your return to be processed.
  • 11. We will contact you as soon as the Return or Exchange has been processed by our returns department. Please do not email requesting updates, as this will further delay the process.

My items are damaged or faulty what do I do?

Suppose your gear does not arrive in its original condition or there is a fault. In that case, we will work together with you to ensure you are provided with what you purchased. Please contact us HERE with your order number, and we will organise a replacement.

If your gear becomes damaged or faulty after use, MXT will work together with you to resolve the issue. Suppose your gear has been used according to its intended use and are still within the returns period. In that case, we will work together with you to organise a replacement or a refund.

We will not replace or refund gear that is damaged through incorrect use, outside the terms of use or through natural wear and tear.

My payment won't go through , what to do?

In most cases, payment won’t go through if you have entered incorrect information such as the CVV, card information, and other vital information. In order to avoid these kinds of issues, please ensure that you have entered precise information for the order to go through.

For debit cards and PayPal, ensure that you have sufficient funds to avoid these issues.

We cannot accept orders made over the phone or email. We do not accept cash, cheques or COD (Cash On Delivery).
